Kick-off of the Busikills Project: Wellbeing@Work
On October 22nd, the Busikills project officially kicked off, marking the start of an exciting 8-week international collaboration focused on Wellbeing at Work.

Over the coming weeks, 35 students representing 12 nationalities will explore and co-create solutions around five key dimensions of workplace wellbeing:
🌍 Inclusion | 💪 Physical Health | 🎯 Sense of Purpose | 🧠 Mental Wellbeing | 🤝 Social Connections
Working in transdisciplinary teams, students will investigate these topics and present their final outcomes in December. The project not only promotes collaboration across fields but also nurtures intercultural understanding and innovative thinking.
To kick-start their journey, students attended an inspiring opening lecture by Ezra Charlier (UCLL), an expert in intercultural cooperation, sustainability, and transdisciplinary collaboration. This session equipped participants with valuable insights for navigating their upcoming international teamwork experience.
The Busikills project brings together a strong consortium of higher education institutions and partners:
AVANS (The Netherlands), Henallux (Belgium), Hellenic National University (Greece), IGensia (France), IPS Setúbal (Portugal), Kmelnytskyi National University (Ukraine), Thomas More (Belgium), and UCLL (Belgium).
Together, these partners are committed to equipping future professionals with the skills, empathy, and awareness to foster wellbeing and inclusion in the modern workplace.
✨ Stay tuned for updates as students share their discoveries and present their final outcomes in December!
