Summer in Thailand: Thailand Studies: Language, Culture, & Community Short Program
Discover Northern Thailand through an immersive blend of language study, cultural exploration, and hands-on learning. Announcing Payap University’s new summer short program Thailand Studies: Language, Culture, & Community. This two-week program invites students to build practical Thai conversational skills while exploring the traditions, beliefs, and daily life that shape Thai society. From interactive cultural workshops to temple visits, cooking classes, and a meaningful homestay experience, students gain a deeper understanding of Thailand’s diverse communities and ways of life. Earn university credit through an official Payap University transcript.
This program will run July 5th-18th on our campus in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Students interested in receiving academic credit can register for 3 US or 6 ECTS credits administered through Payap University transcript.
The program costs 64,500 Thai baht and includes accommodation, classes, field trips, transportation to program activities, breakfasts, lunches, and some dinners.
