PERSONAL LEADERSHIP TO CHANGE THE WORLD - International Staff Week BIP

We are delighted to invite you to the PERSONAL LEADERSHIP TO CHANGE THE WORLD International Staff Week on Personal Leadership in Higher Education, taking place from September 2​8 to October ​2, 202​6, in Biograd na Moru, Croatia.
This inspiring international event will bring together higher education professionals, both academic and administrative, to explore and exchange personal leadership practices in academic institutions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, case study presentations, thematic sessions, and cultural activities, all focused on how personal leadership can be integrated into higher education, with topics including:
​-self-awareness and personal leadership development
​-ethical and responsible leadership in academia
​-leadership for sustainability and global impact
​-transforming institutions through individual initiative and innovation, and
​-​social responsibility, equality, and inclusion in academic settings.

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the ReECON Conference – the ​6th International Conference on Renewable Economics – held during the Staff Week. This is a valuable opportunity to submit a paper, present research, and potentially have it published in a peer-reviewed journal (SCOPUS Indexed, subject to journal selection and approval).

Registration Fee: 200 eur

The registration fee is 200 € and includes:
Access to all workshops and activities
-3 lunches, 2 dinners, c​offee breaks and snacks
-Personal leadership workshop with a guest expert
-A guided full-day excursion to Šibenik (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and ​S​t.Nicholas Fortress   (transport, entrance fees and traditional lunch included)
-The opportunity to present at the international scientific ReECON Conference and the     possibility of publication in a peer-reviewed journals (SCOPUS indexed)
