Paul Guest

Paul has worked in national and European developments in the field of education and training for much of the last 30 years. Having begun his career in the UK guidance sector, Paul helped to create the UK Euroguidance Centre prior to spending five years working in Brussels, aiding delivery of the European Commission’s higher education and vocational training funding programmes.

Paul continues to provide research, development and consultancy services to a broad range of clients, both nationally and internationally, with clients including Scottish Government and the European Commission, as well as many other high-level actors tasked with delivering change and improvement in education and training.

Paul has worked across many European funding programmes and domains, beginning with the PETRA programme in the early 1990s and continuing until the present day, playing the role of expert, evaluator and trainer. Paul regularly delivers training and workshop inputs and moderates large scale events on the theme of education and training.
