International Staff Week @ UCLL

Dear partner, 

We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues for applying to the seventh edition of the International Staff Week (30 November to 4 December 2026) at the Faculty of Management and the Program of Applied Computer Sciences of UCLL University of Applied Sciences. Deadline for applying is 30 September 2026. We run this edition for lecturers in the fields of Business, Law and Applied Computer Science. 

During this week, you will be given the opportunity to teach one or more classes in your field of expertise. You will, however, also have the time to share best practices with international colleagues, to strengthen existing or establish new partnerships in education and research, and to discover both Leuven and our Leuven campus.

Please note the following practicalities:

- Registration fee: 100 euros which covers the cost of 5 lunches on campus, 1 formal closing dinner, a bus pass with 10 rides and all activities in the social and cultural programme. Participants are expected to take care of their accommodation and international transportation themselves, but UCLL will provide useful information and discounts at the Pentahotel in Leuven. We expect all participants to make hotel reservations in Leuven. 

- Registration deadline: Participants are kindly asked to register for this event no later than Monday, 30 September 2026 via the following website (https://www.ucll.be/en/programmes/short-programmes/international-weeks/staff ), where a more detailed programme is available. Please also read our cancellation policy on our website. 

- Participants: The event coordinators will select 1 participant per partner institution based on the information provided in the application form and the matches which can be made with the UCLL lecturers. Please note that only a limited of spots for this event are available and that all participants are expected to attend the full event from Monday morning, 30 November to Friday afternoon 4 December 2026. The terms of payment of the registration fee will be communicated after the selection.
