🌍 International Staff Week (ISW) at VIVES – Commercial Sciences, Business Management and Applied Informatics in Kortrijk, Belgium, from 23 to 27 November 2026 🌍

We are delighted to announce our next edition of the International Staff Week (ISW) at VIVES – Commercial Sciences, Business Management and Applied Informatics in Kortrijk, Belgium, from 23 to 27 November 2026.
Our annual event is an excellent opportunity to boost your international network by meeting our staff as well as close to 40 foreign colleagues from at least 15 different countries all over the world.
This is a teaching event open to proposals for interactive workshops including a group assignment or case study in your field. You are invited to apply as guest lecturer for our second-year students in our bachelor (EQF level 6) or our associate degree (EQF level 5) programmes in Business Management, Organisation & Management, Wellbeing and Vitality Management and Applied Informatics. Registration is open until Sunday 13 September. Your proposal may be reviewed and approved before the deadline if it is deemed a good fit for our students. We will contact you if we require additional information or if your proposal is not selected. Applicants will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible, and no later than Wednesday, 23 September.
Please note that, to ensure broad participation, we generally accept a maximum of two delegates per partner institution, with a third delegate considered only in exceptional cases.
