Hack the Waste – edition 2026 - Hack the Waste – 8-9 May 2026 - Join the 24-Hour Global Hackathon! 🌍♻️

Are your students eager to contribute to real solutions for today’s sustainability challenges? Hack the Waste is a 24-hour online hackathon that brings together students from different countries, disciplines, and cultural backgrounds to tackle real-world waste issues through innovation and collaboration.
During this intensive event, participants will work in international and interdisciplinary teams, combining skills from fields such as technology, business, sustainability, design, and beyond. Together, they will rethink how we deal with waste and develop creative, practical ideas aimed at making a positive environmental impact.
We warmly invite staff coordinators and academic colleagues to promote Hack the Waste, a 24-hour international online hackathon that gives students the opportunity to collaborate across borders and disciplines while working on a concrete sustainability challenge.
