Call for Partners: Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)

The Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management (FEEM) at Riga Technical University (RTU), Latvia invites partner universities join for an engaging Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “Communicating Values: Marketing, Culture and Responsibility in Europe” in Riga, 23–27 March 2026.

Designed for business, marketing, management and communication students (BA/MA), this BIP explores how organisations communicate values and responsibility in a European context – in the classroom, in the marketplace and in society.

Core themes include:

• Social marketing and corporate value communication
• Transparency and ESG in branding and reporting
• Employers as value carriers and ethics at the workplace
• Systemic diversity management in organisational leadership
• Debating real-life ethical dilemmas in business

The programme follows the Erasmus+ BIP format: 

• Online component before/after the physical week in Riga
• On-site week with lectures, debates, teamwork and company/organisation visits – the academic content will be enriched with other engaging activities that foster cultural exchange and intercultural understanding among students.

We are looking for motivated Businet partners to:

• Nominate interested students
• Contribute a session, case or regional perspective linked to the BIP themes (optional)
• Co-create an interdisciplinary, practice-oriented learning experience

There is no participation fee. Participants cover travel, accommodation and meals; Erasmus+ funding is typically available via home institutions (travel support and individual support).
