Businet Spring Workshops

The Businet Virtual Spring Workshops are over for another year. Thank you to all Businet Members who participated and shared their experience, ideas and practices in the Working Group and Special Interest Group meetings. Huge thanks for the energy our hard-working Chairs and Co-chairs put in to developing and organising the numerous BUSiweeks, BUSidays and BusiBIPs resulting from discussions and presentations in our working groups. 

It was great to catch up with colleagues from around the network, keeping project ideas alive and on track to flourish into positive opportunities for staff, students and institutions of Businet. Another opportunity in our BUSI year to learn new skills, developing new ideas and share best practices from around the world and most importantly build lasting relationships through the power of networking.
Our Spring Workshops began with an engaging Businet Brunch by Mandy-Jayne Lace on Learning InclUZion. We hosted 2 best practice workshops for staff and students Inspiring Refugee Tourism Entrepreneurship. Inspire Promoting Refugee Tourism Entrepreneurship
We hosted an Open House with members of our Businet Board introducing the benefits of Businet Membership to new partner institutions from around the globe.
A fitting end to the week we concluded the Businet Spring Workshops 2025 with a round up of all discussions, plans, ideas and events generated during the 2 weeks. Thank you everyone who joined for the positive and constructive feedback on the event.

Looking forward to meeting everyone again in Sofia in November.
