35th Annual Businet Conference Mainz, Germany 9th - 12th November 2022 - Conference Registration Form
This form can be used for individual delegates or for multiple delegates. If being
used for multiple delegates they must arrive and depart on the same day and choose the same type of attendance (see the 'Conference Selection' section below). If any element is different
you must use separate registration forms.
Accompanying persons are defined as those who will join a spouse/partner or associate to attend social activities (such as evening meals, at a set price) – they will not be delegates at the conference, and will not attend the conference business sessions.
Businet provides a significant amount of information (traditionally a conference handbook) to help delegates get the most out of their conference attendance.

Hotel Information & Reservation
The conference will be held at the Hilton Hotels Mainz.
Businet has taken a substantial allocation of bedrooms for the event. When you reserve a room via this registration form Businet will allocate you a room from our total allocation. Your room is guaranteed when we forward the confirmation. The hotel will not be given your details until near the time of the event, so direct any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, until directed otherwise.

Terms & Conditions
The organisations involved in providing services at this event are Businet and the Hilton Mainz. The hotel has its own policy on cancellation. Please be aware of the regulations as submission of this form indicates understanding and acceptance of the cancellation policy of Businet. If the reservations are cancelled then the following charges will apply.
Hotel Cancellation Policy - Hilton Mainz
The hotel will provide their terms and conditions with your confirmation.
Conference Cancellation Policy - Businet
The Conference cancellation policy is,
- Up to 2 Months prior to the commencement of the conference, then an administration fee of 80 Euro will be charged.
- From 2 Months to 1 Week then a cancellation of 150 Euro will be charged.
- Within 1 Week of the conference then full cancellation charges (100%) will apply.
- The hotel reservations will be made on a first come first served basis.
