An Annual Conference is an essential networking opportunity for members. It also provides the venue for the annual meeting.

The Annual Conference was first held in Belgium in 1987. Since then venues have included: Heverlee, Lille, Durham, Athens, Vlissingen, Santarem, Cardiff, Madrid, Brussels, Copenhagen, Hannover, Kokkola, Vienna, Budapest, Knokke, Portlaoise and Sinaia.
