Unité Conference Edinburgh 2011

20 - 24 November 2011

The Unite Conference is an event that was created and designed for the benefit of students studying at institutes who are members of the Businet network.

The concept of the Conference came from long discussions between Businet members looking for a method of providing development opportunities for students on business programmes. The Conference has been held for a number of years now and the balance of the programme has evolved to try and provide educational input, with practical advice, and the opportunity to meet and interact with other students in a different environment.

This is a conference specifically designed to meet the needs of a wide range of students. It is not orientated towards any curriculum area. The main theme of the Conference is 'Employability Skills and Cultural Awareness'. The programme has been designed to introduce these issues and to provide keynote presentations and activities that should enlighten and motivate.

The Conference price of Euro 290 includes accommodation (Bed & Breakfast) from Sunday until Thursday, 1 evening meal, contribution to an additional evening meal and all Conference activities and tours.
